Aircraft: The Misty Fjords Exclusive tour package is operated by your choice of two aircraft: DeHavilland Turbine Otter, DeHavilland Beaver. The Misty Fjords Executive tour package is operated by the DeHavilland Turbine Otter, DeHavilland Beaver based on the group size for our scheduled departure times.*

Payment: All payments can be made by cash, travelers check or credit card to Misty Fjords Air & Outfitting, LLC. located in Ketchikan Alaska. A credit card number is required to confirm all reservations. Rates do not include gratuities or items of a personal nature. The management specifically reserves the right to adjust prices without notice, due to fluctuation in costs. Prices are quoted in US dollars.

Check-In Policy: All passengers should be checked in no later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Passengers not checked in 30 minutes prior to departure, risk the forfeiture of their seat to standby passengers. Due to limited seating, Misty Fjords Air and Outfitting encourages advance reservations and confirmation no less than 24 hours prior to departure.

Freight: Will be charged at a per pound rate of $.75 to be determined by the destination.

Delays and Weather: Prepaid flights canceled by the operator due to weather will be fully refunded. Any additional costs incurred in conjunction with air travel, because of weather delays or other conditions beyond our control, are not included. The management reserves the right to cancel or alter any itinerary, as current conditions require.

Tour Changes and Cancellations: Cancellations with less than seven days notice and no-show guests are non-refundable. Changes to reservations are subject to a $25 per person fee. Cancellations made more than seven days in advance will be refunded less the $25 per person change fee. Misty Fjords Air & Outfitting, LLC. highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseeable circumstances that may force you to cancel.

The management accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, and injury to persons or property howsoever caused. Misty Fjords Air and Outfitting LLC reserves the right to reject or terminate the participation of any person whom the management may consider disruptive to the operation of the flight.

Trip Insurance
We suggest purchasing trip insurance. While we understand that unforeseen situations may necessitate emergency cancellations, our short season of operation makes it difficult to re-sell that space.
