Lake Trip Reservations
If you would like to set up a Lake Trip please contact Misty Fjords Air & Outfitting toll-free (877) 228-4656 and let us know the cabin you have rented, passenger names, dates in and dates out and we will get you on the schedule. When you arrive in Ketchikan we can recommend some choices of accommodations for the night before your lake trip. You and your party will need to buy a fishing license and get groceries and ice. After this is done we can help arrange transportation to our seaplane base where you will depart from.

Trip Preparation
Bring raingear and warm clothing. Extra food and clothing are recommended, as your stay could be prolonged by bad weather or poor visibility. In remote locations there is no communications. We recommend packing local maps, a compass, water proof matches, a strong knife, first-aid kit, space blanket, energy foods, and flares. All of these items can be found at any camping or sporting goods stores.

Registration Procedures
Please check in at the Misty Fjords Air & Outfitting counter at least one hour ahead of flight time for your lake trip. This will ensure adequate time to inventory your gear and make any last minute changes. We require that you sign our lake trip pickup board, confirming when you want to be picked up.
